This great tasting concentrate is a favorite among professional caterers and ideal for special events. Base is colorless and one quart of punch base yields one gallon of champagne flavored punch. Add 1 part base to 3 parts water. Sparkling water or lemon-lime type type beverage can be added if you want carbonation. Add liquid food coloring to match your color scheme. Orange juice or lemonade concentrate also works well.
