I use Butter Flavor in just about anything I would use BUTTER in. It does not always eliminate the need for Butter, but it reduces the amount of Butter I use. I use the Flavor in Mashed Potatoes, vegetables, gravy, oatmeal, rice, cakes, cookies, etc.
I have found Cake Art to have the best price for Wilton Butter Flavor.
