1 Cup Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
2 1/4 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 14-ounce Can of Condensed Milk
Instructions
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the sugar and salt, then add the corn syrup. Mix well. Add sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly. Continue and cook to 248°. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into parchment lined 8-inch square pan. Let set for approx. 12 hours. Wrap in confectionary wax paper or plastic wrap.
