Use this 2.5G Cardinal Red Elite Color to add dramatic color of hue to a variety of food products. The Elite Color has a matte finish and produces deep, strong colors. Typically used on cookies, pastries, sugar artistry, and chocolates. The Elite Color also has the property of being mirco-blended allowing the strongest pigmentation which allows the Elite Color to give off the most vibrant colors. This product is F.D.A Certified and Kosher certified.
