Description
Royal Steensma’s hard set compound coatings have various versatile uses: dipping cookies, pretzels cake pops, fruit and pastries. It can also be used for creating decorations, shavings etc. Simply melt coating in a double boil or microwave to a temperature of 112 – 122°F.
Heat Warning: Chocolate/candy coating is shipped year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it CAN be remelted.
