Description
Use Wilton's Meringue Powder to use as a subsititute for real eggs. The meringue power is a versatile egg white substitute and is preferred to use to make meringues for a tart lemon pie or cookies that will not fall flat and smooth royal icing that dries to a hard, glossy finish. There is 16 oz. in this container. Note this product is made in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, milk, and wheat products.
