Candy Crunch Peppermint Red & Green 1 Pound

Delicious peppermint candy most commonly used to make "Peppermint Crunch" or "Peppermint Bark". Melt one pound of Merckens white chocolate, once chocolate is melted stir in " one half cup" of Peppermint Candy Crunch. Pour out on wax paper covered cake board or cookie sheet. Place candy in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After candy has hardened break into bite-size pieces. One bag of peppermint crunch with 5 lbs of white chocolate will make 6 lbs of peppermint bark. Awesome candy treat for Christmas!
