Save time when cutting brownies, cookies, cake and pastry or pasta dough. Locking device insures even cuts and uniform portions. To use, loosen wing nut and adjust outer rods until the wheels are at the desired spacing. Then tighten wing nut. Opens up to 4-7/8" between wheels. 4" Diameter Wheels, made of Stainless Steel.
