Paramount Crystals 16 OZ Bag
product code:7500-763201Use Celebakes Paramount Crystals, 16 oz. to make your chocolate wafers creamier and easier to work with. It is odorless and tasteless and will not alter flavor. It is also a great agent for thinning fondue and chocolate fountain melts.
Directions for Use
Start with adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of Paramount Crystals per pound of chocolate wafers (candy melts) until desired consistency is reached. Up to 1/4 of a cup may be used.
4 oz bag of paramount crystals = 8 Tablespoons
1 lb bag of paramount crystals = 32 Tablespoons
Tips
Melt your paramount crystals before adding them to your melted chocolate wafers. We love the control and fluid chocolate this method creates.
Note:
Keep or store tightly sealed in a cool area.
