Decorating kit can be used to top standard cupcakes or roll-out sugar and gingerbread cookies
Includes enough edible decorations to decorate 12 treats
To assemble: Ice treats with white frosting (not included); position licorice string over top of treat for earmuff band, then place one peppermint candy on each side of string to create earmuffs; position black candies for eyes and mouth and carrot candy for nose
To ensure that decorations stick on frosting, work on one treat at a time and immediately add decorations
