Clasen Candy Coating has a smooth, creamy milk chocolate flavor and is perfect for dipping, molding, drizzling, cake pops, chocolate-covered treats, and other confectionery applications. No tempering is required, simply melt and use.
Melting Tip: For a thinner, smoother consistency that's easier for dipping and drizzling, add Paramount Crystals as needed.
Packaging Note: This product is repackaged by our store from bulk Clasen candy coating and will not arrive in the original manufacturer packaging.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place between 65°F–70°F with humidity below 50%.
Heat Warning: Candy coating is shipped year-round. During warmer weather, the product may soften or melt in transit. If melting occurs, it can be remelted and used as normal. All food products are non-refundable, including products affected by heat during shipping.
