Merckens® candy coating is as close to real chocolate without the work involved in tempering chocolate. Ready to use simply melt in double boiler or microwave and use. 11% Cocoa. Certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. Store in a cool, dry place 65° - 70° F Humidity less than 50%.

Merckens Cocoa Dark
Best brand candy coating I've used. Dark chocolate has a good, rich flavor with just the right level of sweetness. Candy pieces I make have a beautiful sheen to them. Ganache made with heavy cream is just delicious- can't tell it's not real chocolate and the price is nice, too.
