Merckens® Candy Coatings have a rich chocolate flavor and smooth texture, perfect for dipping or molding and using in chocolate fountains. Merckens® candy coating is as close to real chocolate without the work involved in tempering chocolate. Ready to use simply melt in double boiler or microwave and use. Certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. Store in a cool, dry place 65° - 70° F Humidity less than 50%.
