Merckens® candy coating is as close to real chocolate without the work involved in tempering chocolate. Ready to use simply melt in double boiler or microwave and use. Certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. Store in a cool, dry place 65° - 70° F Humidity less than 50%.

Heat Warning: Chocolate/candy coating is shipped year-round, however, chocolate may melt in shipping if ordering during warmer temperatures. If it melts during shipping, it CAN be remelted.
